A 13 year jail sentence of a senior manager was handed down and the company was fined £2 million.

Our role in these cases is to assess the evidence, provide clear and impartial expert opinions, and support the court in making informed decisions.

Our role was to assess compliance with policy conditions—not just legal requirements—and to provide an expert report that ultimately led to the insurers settling the claim.
